Bright red fruit and clean. Garnet color. Fuller bodied pinot with very subtle tannins. Automatics not really showing but a little bright cherry and earthy. Still very very tasty, I need to find a 2011 to try. As it opened up a strong leathery note came out along with a smack of barrel spice.
