Very nice! Just a hint of slight oxidation at first sniff but blew off quickly and the rest is that nice old Chablis drink. Dinner with Mary colleague Michael from FL. Surprisingly well matched to Rasa semi Malaysian dishes.

Aug 24th, 2022Very nice Chablis. No sign of premox at all. Beautiful golden color, complex nose of rocks and mature white fruits and good length. Yum.

Nov 19th, 2019CVed 8/30/17 3 Chablis comp. Golden color with oxidative Sherry notes carrying through to body and finish. Maybe just a bit premox but still highly drinkable paired well with oily salmon. Another one to drink up. Opened 3 days later and it went well with pasta and clam source on the spicy and oily side. Another reminder of judging wine alone or with food. Up score to 8.9.
