Aug 20th, 2023Vintage 2019 | Cuvée Les Trois Côt | without sulfites and without filtering | Côt can be relentlessly rock-hard, so to my surprise this wine has intoxicating blackberries in smell and convincingly velvety in taste. What a great effort! | paired with Bavette steak
