Beautifully aromatic with grassy and fresh citrus notes, a lovely balance of dried apricot and grapefruit pith in the mouth. Some sour apple too! Yum yum. Great clarity, only a little bit of claylike terroir. Interesting given the limestone and marine fossil soil.
