Rays of acidic sunshine still (surprisingly) coming through with intensity. Lengthy exeunt. Dayumed delish for a decade+ old white Burg. Can go forth and prosper in this stead for approx 4-5 years. 03.07.25.

Basically what I look for in Chardonnay. Balance of fruit, minerality, Earth, yeast, acidity. Should last for years but delicious now.

Très bon, belle tension, du grillé au nez et en bouche plutôt des agrumes, des fruits jaunes.
