Dark yellow in color with a golden hue.

Light nose of yellow apples, overripe citrus fruits, white tea and Indian spices.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with light citrus, apples, overripe lemons, pears, light earth, light apricots, spices, light nuts, light oak, sea salt, hay and herbs.

Nice finish with limes and light almonds.

This 5-year-old Roussanne from Israel is still drinking nicely. Lost a lot of the fruits, but gained complexity in return.

Elegant and easy drinking right out of the bottle.

Really interesting with nice complexity. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.

I don't see it aging much longer, so if you have a bottle drink now.

Good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with food. I had it by the pool.

100% Roussanne grapes from the Galilee region, were aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Kosher and not Mevushal.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

90 points.

$43.
