Fronholz Alsace Riesling

Very Botrytisy, and bone dry. Strange but compelling wines

Highly fragrant honey and pear notes. Pleasant but unspectacular #riesling.

Rich, ripe, creamy and balanced. Yum! - 2012

Pomelo, gooseberries, bitter almond tree flowers, gardenias, white grape stems, petrol, oyster shells, soy milk. Rounded acidity, medium bodied, creamy texture, incredibly mineral driven, long citrus pulp/floral/slightly tangy finish. Sake-like in texture and finish. This is ideal for pescatarians.

Floral aromatic. Paired with tuna marrow at Benu

With tuna marrow.

Very floral, a bit mineral and quite sharp. Slightly sweet.

Not too dry . Thin . Good for light lunch . But very good

Muscat-like aromatic nose (fresh exotic fresh flowers) equalled by lots of minerality. Smooth and light body, substantial mid palate, fanned out but still sticky finish
