For being four years in I'm surprised by how golden it is. Crisp green apple, canned pear, honey suckle, slate and alcohol in balance up until the alcohol. It's found the midline between sweet and dry, but it's hard to put in context being Alsatian. Balanced palate with great acidity. I'd cellar it for 4 - 5 years. 90
