Côtes du Rhône Red Rhône Blend

Fresh bing cherry, as it smells.

Right on the palette, fruit skins, plum, cherry, loquat peel, bright and crazy.!
Lively through the finish.

Elegant, fresh cranberries, black pepper. Med/light body, med/plus acid, tannins med/low.

Spicy, black pepper, dried herbs, berry fruit. Good balance and concentration at a bargain price.

Tart fruit. Cranberry sauce, bitters, tart cherry, cedar, new oak, plum, and anise. Medium plus tannins, high alcohol, and high acid. Big for a GSM.

Tart red fruit, raspberry, cranberry, moderate plus acid and tannins. Heavy in the mouth, a big Rhone wine.

I really enjoy this one. I am picky about my CDP but this one drinks so well. It is slightly complex but so approachable and is so reasonably priced.

Solid wine. Falls a little short compared to similar wines.

Air for 30. Goes down nice. Can drink with or without food

This 2016 is the same as 2015. Good CDR. Prefer the 2014
