I had this wine with a steak and I have to say the composure of this wine is ridiculously similar to a roast, I am getting an herbal flavor on my palate, Rosemary, soft, but tannins are present.

Great wine for my Sunday. Nice fruit of raspberry, strawberry, plum, presents of tar, leather. Dry wine and happy to have a part of this Ancient Greek Variety.
