2011: lovely and very elegant. Not a profound nose, but alluring with a spring flowers touch, chalky stone and good fresh primary fruit (Apple, peach). Quite nervy on the palate with a distinct vein of minerality. Med- bodied, with fresh acidity and only lightly creamy, with a hint of oak to finish. Real top stuff.

Couldn't coax this one out. Kind of disjointed, maybe on the road to premox?

Aged beautifully, could probably go longer. Lemon, citrus zest, custard finish.
