Wow - what a burgundy. Not sure it rises to the level of some of the best wines I’ve had but it’s close. Obviously the pricing is now absurd - but this was courtesy of my father in law who bought on release. Quite full bodied and definitely no where near over the hill. Vibrant color, great acid, wonderful balance, full mouthfeel, and beautiful fruit.
