Speaks Loire cool kid speak, walks a Rhone gait. Quick to travel south, so better get on it. I don't think this makes day 3. But day 2 its on. It's talkative.

Bing cherries and macerated strawberries and rosemary, black olive rings, crumbled bits of bacon.

You'll pay a little extra for the cool kid label, but depth is real, texture is soft.
