Great, love Hervé’s wines! Been a while. Black, blue and red berries, medium-light bodied (12.5% abv) and very subtle effervescence on opening. Low tannins, young, long fresh finish, a little vegetal. Unfiltered. — 6 months ago

Wild Merlot. Has the familiar murky stemmy brick colored pulpy whole cluster profile but with some interesting goings ons underneath.

Sparked cedar, smoked jam, fruity tobacco. Lots of VA with lots of crunch. Texture is clean and a little bit slippery - acid fold nicely right into the fruit.
