Honey, butterscotch, hazelnut, with some petroly minerality. Lovely balance, vibrant acidity. Terrific shape for a 16 year old Chard.

Apparently it has some reduction effects, but I found it to have a very satisfying lingering flavor with still fresh and bright acid on top of excellent fruit.
