Domaine Séguinot-Bordet
Chablis Chardonnay
Given the options for a glass of wine, I went with Chablis. This estate goes back to 1590 according to import label, and it's fine enough. Initial aromatics were very sea air, but not in a good way. Opened up and sailed smoothly with my grilled prawns.

May 25th, 2018Very gentle smell, apple peel and lemon verbena, a little oily. Crisp with gentle acidity to taste, light coating in the mouth. Lingering flavor of sour green apple with minerality, citrus, and some peach throughout.
