Listening to Snoop Dog enjoying this delightfully paradoxical wine. White Pinot Noir, kinda reminds me of Carlton from The Fresh Prince, black on the outside white on the inside. Tastes like an apple/pear pie. If you're into this kinda thing peep the "Pretender" by Tendril.

Your favourite, most chalky, mineraly and musty-citrusy Champagne....without the bubbles. 100% Pinot Noir with a beautiful line of acidity. French soul. Dying to know what this will taste like in 10 years, suspect it would beat some GC white burgs blind. Find this if you can.
