Class juice. Rhubarb, beetroot, spice. Fresh, nice texture, not trying too hard. Hard not to love 2015s. #pataille

Just arrived. Had the 2017 not to long ago. The 18 has a little less fruit right now and a distinct earthiness. A great entry level Burgundy from one of my favorite producers.

Maraschino cherry, grape cola and herbaceous on the nose.. triple berry thin crust pie with a squeezed lemon juice over the pie, oregano nutmeg.

Very balanced on the palate. Soft but good structure. Alcohol and acid are all in tune.

Red fruit, spice, earthiness, lively nose. Fruit is delicate and snappy, surprisingly enough, with a lightly spicy yet overall clean finish. Pretty good to go, wondering if he is making his 15s more approachable so they can wisely be consumed younger.
