Simply amazing ! Rich and savory red fruit against a spicy and meaty foundation. Plenty of primary flavors to suggest continued cellaring potential albeit currently in a nice drinking window.

That's prime. Rolling out like a Provence dreamboat. Completely vibrant, finely toned, awesome alongside pork ragu pasta. Hope I can try that again in 10 years.
