2009 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 30 mins and 1.5 hours. Small traces of sediment. Good cork. Woodlands nose with a touch of spearmint. Light body. Subtle concentration with earthiness and lingering, delicate flavors. An absolute joy to taste red Burgs such as this with a bit of age on them. A portal to the past. 6.30.24.

Lovely wine. More nuance and layers than in the two Oregon pintos with which it was tasted (serene evanstad and berg storm). Nice smoky earthiness with darker fruit. Nice length and linger. Exc with food
