Cuvée Théo Alsace Riesling

Insanely long finish. Acid for days...

Lemon and green apple with a hint of white flowers and wet slate on the nose. Medium intensity. Bone dry finish. Loads of acidity with lemon, green apple, and slate. There is a very slight hint of tropical fruit, but this is dry and austere.

Young and effervescent. Nice texture and richness buffered by great supporting acidity and mineral framing. Great with sushi roll.

2013. Pretty typical Alsatian riesling. Super young and vibrant.

Nice petrol on the nose. On the dry side but still refreshing.

Like biting into a fresh peach. Lots of almond on and a subtle diesel nose. As multilayered as it gets with a wine. Rich but still crisp.
