I'm nothing if not predictable - I'll only drink Chardonnay from Burgundy, and if you can't find the best stuff, this bottle will always please. Light, crisp, no butter.

It is pure chardonnay, the schist cleans this juice out. Green fruit on the nose, good acid balance, with some nice minerality, doesn't let the wood cover up imperfections. Good entry Chablis 2012.

An entry level Chablis from William Fevre. On the plate crushed wet rocks, Meyers lemon, steel and lime zest. Zesty acidity a long finish and pronounced minerality.
