We had the 2013 Vintage on 7/2/16. Tastes of lemon, green apple and minerality. Smooth finish with no bite. Well balanced.

Clean as a whistle, polished and well balanced. Green apple, lime zest, honey, gravel and steely nose. High acid, medium alc. Creamy as hell palate delivering some green apple, lime, lemon, oak and honey. Drink now or gibe her 5 years. Either way, bloody good.
