Domaine Zind Humbrecht
Alsace Gewürztraminer
Really nice, quite dry given this estate's reputation of leaving RS in the wine should the vintage warrant it. Nice lychee, spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a real mineral driven finish. Excellent wine, I actually think it could use a touch of sugar to bring out the fruit if I were a perfectionist, but a damn fine wine.

With wonderful aromas of rose, gilly-flower, jasmine, spices, crystallized citrus fruit… with velvety bodies, they are sumptuous as an aperitif, with exotic food, smoked salmon or even with cheese, especially with French cheeses such as Munster or Roquefort. It will be your taste buds' delight.
