Pale yellow, bright. First impressions gave me medium+ intensity aromas of white flowers, fresh lemon and apple juice, but later on I also started to get faint hints of butter/popcorn. Dry, clean palate with concentrated tree fruit and what reminds me of a floral honey (?) but balanced nicely with juicy acidity and minerality. Smooth texture, long finish. Super interesting
