Domaines Brocard
Sainte Céline Chablis Chardonnay

Bright green apple, citrus, and fennel. Intense minerality and a strong acidic backbone make this great on its own as well as with a salty grilled pesto chicken. Will definitely buy again.

Very delicate expression of Chablis. Good balance with a nice fresh acidity on the finish. Lovely notes of lemon and mineral undertones.

Mar 23rd, 2017Slightly low acidity for a Chablis. Easy to drink but not too complex. Pear, lemon and mineral.

Jan 7th, 2017It feels like the bottle should say "Bordeaux" more than "Bourgogne." If you're just evaluating the wine in what it brings to the table, it's quite tangy with strident acidity and notes of citrus and green apple. Would pair well with veg and light seafood. $15@ Trader Joe's.

Jun 17th, 2016Bright, and very drinkable. Not as dry as I'd like, but great for a summer day.
