I seem to prefer the 2015 Clarete at this moment than the 2014. It seems more poised and balanced with a internal elegance that makes this highly drinkable. Aromatically complex with notes of sweet cranberries, raspberries, orange peel, lavender, thyme, a slight old woody cabinet aroma followed by exotic spices. A nice mid bodied wine with crisp red fruit flavors on entry, refreshing balsamic midpalate with hints of citrus that lead to a chalky mineral finish that just permeates every inch of the mouth and keeps on going and going. This is incredibly delicious and mesmerizing.

Unique wine. Medium salmon color with baked cherry and oak on the nose. Bright minerality and stone on the fore-pallet with a tart raspberry finish; light but present tannings as well. Must try rosé for any rosé lover.
