Understated nose of a classic Malbec. Earth tobacco and then fruit. On the palate it opens up with or without food. I sense some VA or some type of flaw in my particular bottle so it's hard to review this wines true quality. It likes to be just above room temperature medium body, spicy and soft finish. This would only be a slightly higher rated wine for me if I didn't get a flawed bottle. It's good but not a bargain.

Aromas of ripe plum, violet, french oak cooking spices, and dill.
Ripe dark fruit on the palate: plums and blackberry preserves, with some black olive and spicy oak notes. Med acidity and tannins.
Juicy wine that is ripe, but not over the top. Elegant even. Enjoyable stuff.
