Very rich, creamy style Syrah, black Forrest gateaux. Great structure in the mouth, alcohol comes through a tad along with kirsch power finish

This is how you end the night on a high note. Pure, deep red flavors. Great acidity and integration. I could drink this all night.

Not as much power as the 2009. Easy drinking and youthful.

Maybe the most accurate wine of the day. So much what it should have been as a Sonoma syrah.

Suzi's favorite from our visit to Donelan. Lush color for a beautiful Syrah. I still prefer the Walker Vine Hill, but this was delicious.

A full bodied, very concentrated Syrah but not as big as it's big brother, which was huge. Got this at the Seeing Red Wine Festival in Seaside, FL. I wonder if it might open up even more with a few years? Very good wine.
