Some day, I will let these bottles sit in the cellar long enough. At age 6, this is just starting to show something other than fruit and structure. Nice herbal, briney and savory spice qualities are starting to show they deserve a place at the table. Enjoyable now, better with a decant, but probably a few years away still from prime time for me.
