Stone Crusher Skin Ferment El Dorado Roussanne

Slightly hazy medium gold with hints of copper; medium plus intensity aromas of baked yellow and green apple, apple cider, almond, cinnamon, nutmeg; dry, high acid, low alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, savory and interesting, needs food

11.2%. “Natural” and orange.

Good Orange wine, with only a mild orange flavor that is well-balanced.

Great medium body white that went well with roasted veggies with feta and some roasted chicken.

Little too skin-ish for me but solid

Like a flat sour beer
