I love what Riesling is capable of, the intensity, the texture, the depth. In the best cases, it has minerality, fruit and floral nuances seamlessly wrapped up. I love GG Dönnhoff. The champion of Nahe with another outstandingly beautiful wine. In some ways, this inspires me with Chardonnay.

Quite exotic with tropical fruit salad nuances, and fleshy for a "cooler" year. Great power, fruit concentration and phenolics all matched by lovely acidity.
