All I could think of when I put my nose in the glass was the onomatopoeic graphics ( bam, bang, whamm, zowie ) that flashed across the TV screen for the 1960’s series ,Batman. Time will make this even better.

Petrol, mineral, linear elegance, fabulous texture. Serious shit.

Grapefruit, lemon-lime, herbal, white pepper, slate, high acid, very young ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Light green. Light on nose, stone, green grape, citrus. Some sweet in mouth.

Extremely high quality and a fine example of great Riesling in its style. But drinking this following a ‘95 St Catherine it’s just too young, as the master told me. Let it age to the point the minerality adds the dimensions that put wines likes these in a category of their own. Smoky hints interweaving the white and citrus fruit hint for greatness.
