I understand that the "Late Bottled Vintage" is more prestigious than the "Tawny", however I didn't truly enjoy this Port. In my opinion there was an odd smell of salted anchovy. In the mouth it was pleasant, but not elegant.

Smooth, heavy on raisin with moderate sweetness and a bit of burn on the finish. Would pass on this port in the future.

Little bit better in every aspect than the tawny port I usually drink. Very good dessert wine with a dark chocolate gateau
