Less intensity on nose.. Great acidity. Little off-balanced between mineral and fruits.

I must admit from the start that I'm not a great fan of Rieslings. That said, sweet but not overwhelming sweet, well paired with the Hamachi sashimi.

2014, Dr. F. Weins-Prum, Estate Riesling, Mosel. Sourced from Wehlener Sonnenuhr this is an excellent, value Riesling. Just a touch of residual sugar and screaming acidity. Nothing better with spicy, Thai food.
