A complex though accessible treat from Jason Drew. Caraway-studded rye bread, burnt tomato leaf & gingerbread (how seasonal?!) along with a mélange of dark fruit and purple flowers. Silky tannins and a great kick of acidity finish the job.

Totally into this. Extraction is perfect! Acidity and brightness so lovely! Minerals at a minimum still present and playing with bright perfectly ripe fruit. The color is a deep purple. Hard not to gulp it. The finish is wonderful. All around a sheer enjoyment and kept us all happy while the burgundy had an identity crisis.
