Lioco

Indica Mendocino County Carignan 2019

Crunchy red berries and blueberry, rosemary and other herbed de Provence aromas as well, lively acidity, lovely balance, doesnt show heat (even though it’s 14.5% ABV), long, lingering finish, beautiful old vine (70+ years) Carignan from a vineyard at 2,400 feet elevation in Mendocino County!! — 16 days ago

Amore Rosso Mendocino Sangiovese 2023

The 2023 is a blend of 40% Barbera, 40% Dolcetto, 14% Montepulciano, 6% Sangiovese. @Delectable Wine not a pure Sangiovese. Still a delicious pizza wine, or in my case, Monday night pasta wine. Cherry, raspberry and herbal tea - just as Broc says on the website ;) Easy to drink and uncomplicated. — 7 months ago

Mendocino Nero d'Avola 2023

Another great year for this Nero. The cherries are electric. One of Broc’s best reds! — 10 months ago

Pleasantly surprised by a relatively restrained oak aged Zin with plenty of interesting notes. — 5 months ago

Sirius Eaglepoint Ranch Petite Sirah 2007

Third time having this, first en mag. Just an absolute bomb of a wine. 07 is fully integrated but my god the intensity is almost overwhelming. Drank over 3 nights. — 9 months ago

Testa Vineyard Carignane 2022

2022. We loved the 2019 Martha Stoumen Carignan we had this afternoon, so we wanted to try this D&G when we went looking for another bottle. A bit darker fruit flavor and earthier, and took ~15 minutes to open up. A little more tannic bite but paired equally well with leftover kebabs. — a year ago
