Delicious with a solid kick in the head (15.5%). It's not too bold for a Zin, and the bourbon-aging is lighter and sweeter than that of whisky-aging. It goes great with steak, mushrooms, and the Fourth of July.

Aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months. Not full bodied at all, but great flavor! Nice fruit with a hint of pepper. The bourbon barrels give it something unique for a zin.
