Smoky in a tobacco and earthy way. Interesting winemaking although it hasn't seen enough aging yet to be intellectual. Ripe cranberry fruit and tannin with a lot of wood showing on the wine.

2011. Good cork Nice dark cherry color on the pour. Initial mild taste. Good flavor, light for Syrah. Like it. Smooth on all aspects. Very slight tannins on the end. Like this winery.
