I have enjoyed this Chenin Blanc many times over the years. Nice to find a bottle at a local grocery wine store with a little age on it! Acidity has mellowed, peach, soft white flowers, almonds, sage, and some really nice honey notes!

Slight yeast on palette and medium finish. Stainless steel tank fermentation. The wine makers styled this wine after French Loire valley area. Full bodied for a Chenin and smooth. The wine makers harvest a week early to preserve acidity.
