Black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, vanilla, mocha, currant and oak. Full-boded and soft tannins.

For solid, fairly-priced Bordeaux blends from Napa/Sonoma, the Mariner and BV Tapestry are my picks.
The ‘18 is ripe, dark, and juicy and lots of herbal elements. Supple tannins. Long savory finish.
Should have a good 8-10 years life ahead.

A massive wine. Even after 5 hours open was just starting to develop some aromatics of purple fruits, licorice, and menthol. Big and chewy. A huge red blend, well priced.
