Classic rounded Quackdonnay. 😱 it is my first Californian Chardonnay, started from the high bar :).
Clear medium gold color, clear medium aromas of green fruit (yellow apple, ripe pear) and oak flavor (resinous) with sweet spice (nutmeg).
Palete: dry, medium acidity and flavor of green fruit (cooked green apple and ripe pear), tropical fruit (unripe melon) with oak flavor (cedar nuts bitter/sweet). Pungent spice (white pepper) taste which last for long length on the finish.
