Beginning of the week and lets start it off with the 2019 Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc.
On the nose there is lime, peach, green apple, tropical fruit, melon and nice minerality.
On the palate I am getting lime, nectarine, lychee, melon, bees wax and a good mineral note.
This wine is medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel, medium to medium + acidity and medium to medium long fresh citrus finish. I hope everyone had a wonderful week and the week ahead looks promising. Please stay healthy and safe and make the week an eventful one. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂

Nice crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Some acidity but not overpowering. Lots of apple, pear, and tropical notes.

High intense of green apple with a sweet smell after opening. The sweet smell fades after a while.
A lot of bubbles.
Dry. Medium high acidity. Low tannin. Features acidity at beginning then sweetness comes back.
Short length. Light body.
13.5% ALC.

Good paired with chicken.
