Certainly needs 30-45 minutes to open up...being a 2007, not necessarily the best year in Willamette Valley, this wine will certainly hold up to many great Oregon Pinots. Nice red fruit but not too much. A bit metallic on the finish but the up front fruit makes it a winner for me.
