The aromas command your attention, signaling near-arrival of deliciousness. Red fruits, cinnamon, and lavender waft from the glass. The silky smooth flavors of dark cherries glide effortlessly, dancing with sarsaparilla accents. A wonderful Pinot-fruit purity sails on the deep finish. As expected, this is drinking beautifully already, with a seamlessness from the extra bottle aging.
