Waxy and pear and more chewy crisp fruit flavors. Kind of like biting into a Bartlett pear or guava skin without the guava flavor. Very different Riesling, could use a little more acid to give it structure but overall a pleasant drink with different fruit flavors you’ve come to expect from riesling
