1996 vintage. Explosive out of the glass. Tobacco, leather, rose petal, and dried cranberry. Black tea leaves and constantly evolving spice and aromatic red fruit. Acidity provides a rail to balance fine tannin very long finish. I am sure I could write another paragraph 15 minutes from now.
