Tasted blind. Managed to recognize Rayas style but not the vintage.
Really strange nose with a LOT of horseradish. Never experienced that in any of Reynaud wines. But once past this note, you recognize Rayas typical ripe beautiful cherry notes, always almost Burgundian in texture. Cool wine even though I'm not crazy about this bottle. Tasted a second time 2 weeks later and bottles showed similar note and more oxidation on the palate. Drink now. No sense to keep it any longer.

Jan 30th, 2017Displays a bit of volatility, but elegant perfume with gravel notes. Intense fruit but mellows out. Oddly chicken bouillon on the notes and possibly tropical fruit.
