Vineyard Selection Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Big fruit up front with cherries, blackberries, and prunes on the nose. Not overly complex, but with soft tannins and a full body, this is amazingly approachable and smooth on your tongue. Along with the fruit, there’s considerable oak and spice on the palate. Dark chocolate, dried herbs, and a touch of vanilla. Simple and pleasant, hard to beat that.

Nothing fancy. Nice, comforting red. Smooth tannins, rich, chocolate berry tones.

When I first smelled this it came across really peppery and I thought it would have a lot bite and tannins but I was very surprised when it tasted soft and smooth and there was no bite at all. I really enjoyed it.

Needed a little time to breathe but we absolutely loved it!! Multiple bottles for our group dinner and everyone raves!! Great depth in the nose and bold flavor!!

Fruity wine. nicely balanced. not too much depth but for an everyday drinking wine it is great. Fruity with a decent depth and easy drinking. not much tannins detected.

Earthy, Full-bodied, needed extra time to really open. Tasted much better the day after (vacuum sealed, of course).
