Wow! Just what I love about small production champagne. Notes of lemon curd, lemon zest, cream, toast and almonds followed by a limestone minerality.

Lovey nose of candied orange, orange curd, sweet dough, citrus blossom, vanilla, ripe apple. Palate is juicy. Confirms nose. Great weight up front and lacy mineral finish. Zippy on the back end. 4/2016 disgorgement.
